Accounts Payable Coordinator

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an ambitious Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its global finance team in central London. This role offers the chance to manage end‑to‑end AP processes, work with internal and external partners, and develop a finance career in a fast‑growing beauty brand.

Key responsibilities

• Control the full Accounts Payable cycle for stock, including supplier set‑up and invoice processing.
• Run bi‑weekly global payment runs and review creditor ageing reports to ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain trade finance schedules and forecasts.
• Manage the Concur system for travel, expenses, and credit cards, including user creation, profile maintenance, and monthly data uploads to NetSuite.
• Perform internal compliance checks on expenses and credit‑card usage.
• Provide training on Concur for new starters and support ad‑hoc sessions.
• Handle stakeholder queries, arrange credit‑card set‑up/cancellation, and assist travellers with related issues.
• Prepare and process accruals for credit items.

Required profile

• Motivated self‑starter with a strong interest in finance and accounts payable.
• Ambitious individual eager to build a career within an international finance environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal teams and external suppliers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Concur (travel, expense, and credit‑card management).
• Experience using NetSuite for financial data uploads and reporting.
