About the role
The PR agency is expanding its finance team in central London and seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager. This hybrid role will oversee the end‑to‑end AP process, manage a small team, and ensure accurate supplier ledger maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full cycle AP invoice processing and payments.
- Maintain and reconcile the supplier ledger.
- Prepare month‑end reporting for the finance department.
- Lead and develop a small AP team.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
- Experience working in a PR or communications agency environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, creative setting.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with finance systems such as Sage, Xero or Workday.
