Accounts Payable Specialist – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role
This 6‑month fixed‑term position joins a busy finance team in Bath, supporting supplier operations and the rollout of new finance processes and controls. You will gain exposure to project work and process‑improvement initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Process high‑volume supplier invoices accurately and on time.
- Manage payment runs and perform supplier reconciliations.
- Build strong supplier relationships and resolve queries.
- Support cash‑flow planning and reporting activities.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance tasks.
Required profile
- Strong end‑to‑end Accounts Payable experience.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems.
