Accounts Receivable Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

Join SC Johnson's EMEA Shared Service Centre in Frimley as an Accounts Receivable Analyst supporting the UK and French markets. This position combines credit control, collections, and customer relationship management to help improve the company's financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage credit risk for a portfolio of customer accounts across the EMEA region.
• Make credit decisions within the Delegation of Authority framework.
• Proactively chase outstanding receivables and process incoming claims.
• Own and resolve customer credit and ledger issues, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external controls.
• Identify efficiency opportunities using a Lean mindset.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to secure timely cash receipt.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Motivated to start or grow a career in finance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of credit, collections, and control processes.
