Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join a cutting‑edge company serving 6 million customers, keeping them safe and warm. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst you will manage master data, credit and risk, billing, collections, disputes and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse AR ageing, execute collections, negotiate settlements and initiate legal action.
• Maintain customer, price, product and tax master data and related workflows.
• Investigate and resolve queries from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Process sales‑ledger invoices and perform timely reconciliations.
• Handle bad‑debt processing and allocation, release, tracking, change and cancellation of orders.
• Perform reconciliations and settlements, validate deductions and issue credit memos.
• Develop appeasement action plans and generate financial reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
