About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Semi Senior or Accounts Senior to join a modern accountancy practice in Newton Abbot. The role offers a varied workload, supportive team environment and a clear pathway for career progression.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
- Prepare year‑end accounts and full financial statements.
- Compile personal and corporate tax returns and provide related advice.
- Handle VAT returns and general bookkeeping tasks.
- Respond to and resolve client queries promptly.
Required profile
- Demonstrable, up‑to‑date experience in all aspects of account preparation and tax within an accountancy practice.
