Accounts Senior – Accounting & Business Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Senior to join a growing team in Crawley, delivering accounting and business advisory services to a range of clients. This role offers the chance to develop your expertise while working in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert financial advice and support to clients.
• Prepare financial statements, reports and budgets.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Required profile

• Part‑Qualified or Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
