Accounts Supervisor – High Growth Nutrition eCom

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Supervisor to lead a finance operations team in a fast‑growing active nutrition brand. You will own the day‑to‑day delivery of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and month‑end processes while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise finance operations processes, identifying efficiency gains.
• Oversee sales and purchase ledger activities and conduct monthly ledger reviews.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of AP and AR transactions.
• Monitor financial controls and enforce company procedures.
• Support operational sign‑off for new systems and process enhancements.
• Own the weekly cash forecast, present findings to senior management and manage treasury activities.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of four finance professionals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance operations, preferably within a high‑growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small finance team.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, treasury and cash forecasting.
• Track record of implementing process improvements.
