Accounts Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor to lead the finance function of a growing SME in Pewsey. Working closely with the directors, you will own day‑to‑day accounting tasks and provide insight that drives business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the company’s finance system using Sage Line 50.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and produce quarterly VAT returns.
- Manage the sales ledger, purchase ledger and supplier payments.
- Process monthly payroll and complete multi‑currency bank reconciliations.
- Assist with year‑end accounts and liaise with external accountants.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Company Accountant, Management Accountant or Senior Bookkeeper within an SME.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function.
Required skills
- Sage Line 50 (or a comparable accounting package).
