Accounts & Supply Chain Assistant

About the role

Join Infinitesima in Abingdon as an Accounts & Supply Chain Assistant, where finance meets operations. You will sit at the intersection of the Finance and Supply Chain teams, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately while gaining exposure to purchasing, inventory management and business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Match supplier invoices against approved purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Verify invoice accuracy before payment and prepare verified payment lists for Finance.
• Post and code invoices within Xero.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of processed invoices.
• Act as a key link between Finance and Supply Chain, supporting process improvements as the business scales.

Required profile

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes consistently and work independently.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Keen interest in purchasing, invoicing and finance processes.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems such as Xero, WinMan or SAP.
