About the role

Our client, a growing accountancy practice in Salisbury, is looking for an experienced Accounts & Tax Senior to join their supportive team. This permanent, full‑time position offers a clear career pathway and exposure to a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality financial statements for a range of clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of personal tax computations, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Support client relationship management, providing technical advice and effective communication.
• Conduct technical research to resolve complex accounting or tax issues and share knowledge within the team.
• Take ownership of departmental tasks, managing workload independently.

Required profile

• Experience working in an accountancy practice with exposure to accounts and/or tax.
• Strong technical ability to produce accounts and manage personal tax compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive, problem‑solving attitude with commercial awareness.
• Commitment to professional development and teamwork.
