Acting Partner – Audiology (Path to Business Ownership)

About the role
Specsavers Staines is seeking an ambitious Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to join as an Acting Partner in Audiology. This 12‑month development programme prepares you for full partnership, culminating in a 50 % shareholding and directorship of the audiology business.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality audiology assessments and hearing‑aid fittings.
- Lead and develop the Hearcare team, including administrators and locums.
- Drive growth of audiology services across Staines and neighbouring Egham.
- Collaborate with optical and retail partners to maximise cross‑referrals.
- Participate in business planning, financial monitoring and community outreach.
Required profile
- Qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser with full‑time experience.
- Strong commercial interest and desire to own a business.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to a 12‑month partnership development pathway.
