Activation Marketer – Export Team

About the role

As an Activation Marketer on the Export team, you will turn marketing plans into concrete actions across international markets. You will support program execution, sales enablement and channel communication, working closely with 3M Authorized Representatives and distributor specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Execute promotions and programs aligned with the Export Markets marketing plan through channel and converter partners.
• Provide local analytics and insights to refine promotions, optimize targeting and support the Marketing Leader.
• Distribute enablement materials, launch assets and toolkits to strengthen sales readiness.
• Coordinate channel training programs, including speaker liaison, invitation management and follow‑up activities.
• Serve as first point of contact for marketing‑related customer enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Manage Export portfolio availability, handling product enquiries, extensions, restrictions and listings with operations teams.
• Update and maintain the Export Markets online presence with current partner information.

Required profile

• Early‑career marketing experience with a solid foundation in core marketing principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive in managing multiple activities.
