About the role
Join Agincare’s Cheriton care home as an Activities Coordinator and bring joy, creativity and energy to daily life for residents. This full‑time, on‑site position is perfect for anyone who loves designing fun, engaging experiences and making a real difference in a supportive community.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a variety of activities, games, quizzes, crafts and one‑to‑one sessions.
- Organise larger events such as BBQs, Christmas parties and themed celebrations.
- Arrange visits from entertainers, local businesses and community groups.
- Support residents’ movement and independence through enjoyable physical activities.
- Lead social outings and in‑home activities suitable for all ability levels.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
- Availability to commit to a 40‑hour work week.
- A warm, creative, people‑focused personality.
Required skills

- £12.72 per hour.
