Activities Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a confident, bubbly and dynamic individual to join our team in Thornaby as an Activities Coordinator. You will help deliver person‑centred activities for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, supporting them to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver a wide range of engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities.
• Prepare all materials and resources in advance to ensure smooth sessions.
• Monitor participation, adapt activities as needed and encourage inclusive social interaction.
• Maintain a person‑centred approach, promoting wellbeing, independence and community involvement.

Required profile

• Confident, bubbly and dynamic personality.
• Commitment to person‑centred, inclusive support.
• Flexibility to work 22.5 hours per week across the week.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residence within the UK.
