Activities Coordinator – Part Time

About the role

Prime Life is seeking a part‑time Activities Coordinator to join the team at Lowfield House Residential Home in Kirton in Lindsey. You will plan and deliver a varied programme of activities that supports the social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing of 21 residents living with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement daily activities that promote residents’ wellbeing.
• Organise trips, excursions and outings aligned with individual interests.
• Provide companionship and accompany residents to appointments and social events.
• Arrange entertainment such as musicians, artists and fundraising events.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Welcome and involve family members in home activities.

Required profile

• Genuine caring nature with patience and respect for individual abilities.
• Ability to work independently and quickly integrate into the daily routine.
• Strong time‑keeping and task‑prioritisation skills.
