Activity Worker

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is a nationwide charity supporting older people in Brent and Harrow. We are looking for a proactive and creative Activity Worker to design and deliver a stimulating range of activities that improve wellbeing, meet client goals and promote social inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and co‑ordinate activity sessions tailored to the interests and needs of older clients.
• Collaborate with clients, families and staff to ensure activities align with personal goals and wellbeing objectives.
• Deliver activities across our Brent and Harrow sites, adapting to individual abilities and preferences.
• Maintain equipment and resources required for sessions and ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Provide support and encouragement, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, patient and warm with a genuine interest in supporting older adults.
• Ability to work independently using initiative and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the local community in Brent and Harrow (advantageous).
• Flexibility to work 3‑4 days a week, including occasional evenings and weekends.
