Acturis Systems & Operations Specialist – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Acturis Systems & Operations Specialist to join a Leeds‑based insurance business on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is remote with minimal travel and focuses on hands‑on delivery rather than reporting or advisory work. You will work closely with operational teams to streamline processes, resolve workflow issues and improve data quality within the Acturis platform.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of operational and system improvements across the business.
• Configure and optimise Acturis workflows to remove bottlenecks.
• Identify and implement practical solutions to operational challenges.
• Enhance data quality and ensure system accuracy.
• Support users with Acturis‑related process improvements.
• Investigate and resolve workflow and operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations to deliver efficient changes with minimal disruption.

Required profile

• Strong, hands‑on experience using Acturis.
• Background within an insurance broker or insurer.
• Experience in insurance operations, systems or process improvement.
• Proven ability to identify operational issues and implement solutions.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Delivery‑focused with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
