About the role
We are seeking an experienced Acturis Systems & Operations Specialist to join a Leeds‑based insurance business on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. This hands‑on role focuses on delivering practical solutions within the Acturis platform and supporting day‑to‑day insurance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of operational and system improvements across the business.
- Configure and optimise Acturis workflows to remove bottlenecks.
- Identify and resolve data quality and system accuracy issues.
- Support users with Acturis‑related process enhancements.
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to implement changes with minimal disruption.
Required profile
- Strong, hands‑on experience using Acturis.
- Background working for an insurance broker or insurer.
- Experience in insurance operations, systems or process improvement.
- Proven ability to pinpoint operational issues and deliver solutions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
