About the role
The Administration Co-ordinator will provide high‑quality administrative support to the Health Visiting Team Manager and Health Visitors. This role is central to the planning, coordination and recording of multi‑agency Child’s Planning meetings and the drafting and review of statutory Child Plans.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Team Manager/Health Visitor in implementing the Named Person role.
- Plan, coordinate and record multi‑agency Child’s Planning meetings.
- Draft, review and ensure timely completion of statutory Child Plans.
- Capture and collate statistics related to Child’s Planning meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, responding or referring appropriately.
- Maintain and train users on relevant databases and systems.
Required profile
- Experience in providing administrative support within a health or social‑care setting.
- Ability to manage confidential information and adhere to data protection standards.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- PVG Scheme membership or willingness to obtain it before starting.
