About the role
Embrava is looking for an organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to keep its London office running smoothly. You will support day‑to‑day operations, act as the first point of contact for visitors, and ensure the workplace is efficient and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑of‑house duties: greet visitors, handle deliveries, and maintain shared spaces.
- Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for team members.
- Order and track office supplies, equipment, and kitchen stock; liaise with building management and suppliers.
- Help plan and run team events, away days, and in‑office gatherings.
- Process expenses, maintain records, and support light bookkeeping and document organization.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new starters, including desk setup and welcome materials.
- Provide general administrative support to operations and leadership teams as needed.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of administrative, office coordination, or front‑of‑house experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset and ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information.
Required skills
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
