Administrator – Office Support for Automotive Sales

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join the sales office of an automotive manufacturer in Bletchley. The role starts immediately and offers a supportive team environment where you will be the first point of contact for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls and provide courteous customer service.
• Enter and process sales orders using the company’s ordering system.
• Perform general administrative tasks for the sales team, including filing, data entry and preparing documents.
• Support the team by multitasking and handling ad‑hoc requests throughout the day.

Required profile

• Friendly, self‑motivated team player.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet and assist callers.
• Highly computer literate and comfortable using standard office software.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £13.00‑£13.50, dependent on experience.
• Full‑time temporary contract (Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:30 with a 1‑hour lunch break).
