About the role

The Admissions & Widening Participation Associate will be the primary point of contact for prospective students at the Croydon campus. You will guide applicants through every stage of the admissions journey, ensuring a smooth, supportive experience while helping the school broaden access to higher education.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line customer service via phone, email and face‑to‑face, delivering accurate information about courses, entry requirements and the application process.
• Assist applicants through interviews, enrolment steps and any required documentation, ensuring timely and professional handling of enquiries.
• Manage applicant records, including photocopying, scanning, verification and regular updates to the CRM system.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, invigilate assessments and schedule follow‑up meetings as needed.
• Represent the school at open days, campus tours, widening participation events and recruitment fairs, delivering engaging presentations to prospective students.
• Support marketing and admissions initiatives, help plan recruitment events and follow up on leads to improve conversion rates.
