ADO Specialist – Azure DevOps Organisation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps (ADO) specialist to help a client optimise their DevOps platform across the organisation. The role is contract‑based for three months, based in London with a hybrid working pattern (three days onsite per week).

Key responsibilities

• Assess the current Azure DevOps configuration, including requirements gathering, sprint management, testing, defect and task management.
• Collaborate with Change and IT teams to review proposed improvements and provide constructive recommendations.
• Implement agreed changes to improve system effectiveness, efficiency and usability.
• Deliver training and communications to Project Management, Business Analysis and Testing teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Produce clear, concise documentation to support ongoing usage, governance and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with Azure DevOps in an enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate existing configurations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for training, stakeholder engagement and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

What we offer

• Competitive daily rate of £600‑£650.
