About the role

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Photoshop Specialist to design and deliver remote training sessions focused on intermediate Photoshop techniques and AI‑powered features. The role is contract‑based, offering flexible hours between 10 and 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on intermediate Photoshop and its AI tools.
• Create comprehensive learning materials, tutorials, and resources for diverse learners.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback, and ensure skill development.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Photoshop AI features and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to understand workflow challenges and tailor solutions.
• Facilitate group and one‑on‑one coaching sessions, adapting methods for maximum impact.

Required profile

• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with hands‑on experience using AI features.
• Strong background in digital design and image manipulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or educational roles within a creative context.
