ADP Payroll Specialist – 3 Month Contract

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing estate agency, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support the payroll team during the post‑go‑live transition of their ADP iHCM system. The role is office‑based in Teddington and requires a hands‑on approach to stabilise a commission‑heavy payroll of over 2,000 staff.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end monthly payroll for a large, commission‑driven workforce using ADP.
• Work closely with the Head of Payroll to refine and stabilise processes after the recent system migration.
• Manage high volumes of payroll data in Excel alongside the ADP platform.
• Support the resolution of payroll queries escalated by the People/HR team.
• Provide training and guidance to the payroll team during the transition period.

Required profile

• Strong, demonstrable experience processing payroll on ADP.
• Background handling commission‑heavy or highly variable pay structures.
• Experience managing payrolls of 1,000+ employees.
• Confidence working with large datasets in Excel.
• Previous involvement in payroll transformation or system implementation is advantageous.

What we offer

• Day rate of £250‑£385 via umbrella, dependent on experience.
