About the role

This contract position is for an experienced Adult Social Work Team Manager to lead a hospital‑based team in West London. The role offers a hybrid working model, requiring three days on‑site each week, and is paid at £42 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of adult social workers delivering services within a hospital setting.
