• Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with organisational policies and legal standards.
• Participate in professional development and diversity training to enhance cultural competence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Valid social work licence or certification as required by local regulations.
• Strong understanding of social challenges affecting adults and ability to provide non‑judgmental support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to inclusive practice.
• Experience in case management and crisis intervention is preferred.
