Advance Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Advance Operations Coordinator will support offshore wind farm operations at the Galloper Wind Farm Operations & Maintenance Facility. Working on‑site in Harwich, you will help plan, schedule and administer maintenance activities, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual obligations. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a leading renewable energy project.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate technical and commercial records, separating service and warranty costs.
• Raise, schedule and allocate planned and reactive maintenance tasks using SAP.
• Develop daily and weekly maintenance plans, optimising site resources and Crew Transfer Vessel deployment.
• Perform control and technical verification activities within SAP and Spiridon systems.
• Collate time and parts consumption data to support billing and inventory replenishment.
• Coordinate Health, Safety & Environment documentation in line with UK legislation.
• Support communication between operational teams, field staff and customer representatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in planning, operations coordination, maintenance coordination or a similar administrative role.
• Familiarity with renewable energy, engineering, utilities or industrial environments is desirable.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational setting.

Required skills

• SAP (experience preferred).
• Spiridon system knowledge.

What we offer

• £21.81 per hour on an Umbrella contract (PAYE rate £17.00).
• 12‑hour shifts (06:00‑18:00) on a 7‑days‑on / 7‑days‑off roster.
• Overtime paid at 150%.
• Fixed‑term contract of 6 months, extending to 19 April 2027.
