About the role
We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our CIN and CP team in Leeds. Working 37 hours per week on an umbrella contract at £40 per hour, you will manage a complex caseload of child and family assessments, child in need, child protection, and child care proceedings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a complex caseload covering Child in Need, Child Protection and Child Care Proceedings.
- Lead case management alongside other social workers (no line‑manager duties).
- Promote family‑led decisions to manage risk and meet support needs.
- Ensure high‑quality written assessments and analytical reports.
Required profile
- Demonstrated relational work with children and families, using child‑centred practice.
- Excellent organisational skills to meet competing demands and maintain practice standards.
- Strong analytical assessment abilities and high‑quality written communication.
