Advisory Presales Solution Consultant – Energy & Utilities

About the role

ServiceNow is looking for an Advisory Presales Solution Consultant to partner with customers in the Energy & Utilities sector. You will act as a technical sales advisor, helping large enterprise accounts understand how ServiceNow’s platform can solve their business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product and solution guidance to Energy & Utilities customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Engage with C‑suite executives, interview customers (on‑site or remotely) and uncover technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and present tailored solution demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Lead or support regional marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows and webinars.
• Contribute to the creation of demo scripts, scenarios and technical documentation.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a pre‑sales technical consultant, preferably in the Energy & Utilities industry.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both face‑to‑face and virtual.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and influencing buying decisions.
