Aerobics Instructor – Group Fitness Classes

About the role

GLL is seeking enthusiastic Aerobics Instructors to lead group fitness classes at Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre in Hillingdon. You will deliver a variety of energetic sessions, from Step to Fitness Rebounder, helping members of all ages and abilities improve their health and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging group exercise classes, including Step, Legs Bums and Tums, and Fitness Rebounder.
• Promote classes, prepare equipment, and ensure a safe environment for participants.
• Provide first‑class customer service and adapt sessions to suit diverse fitness levels.
• Follow best‑practice policies, health and safety procedures, and maintain accurate class records.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the centre’s timetable.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Qualified to teach Step classes.
• Qualified to teach Legs Bums and Tums classes.
