Aerospace & Defence Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Management Consultant to join our high‑performing team delivering large‑scale transformation programmes for aerospace and defence organisations, manufacturers and Tier‑1 suppliers. The role will be based in London with hybrid working and will involve travelling to client sites across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own workstreams or modules within broader transformation programmes.
• Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) for aerospace and defence clients.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical solutions and support delivery through programme, governance and risk management.
• Facilitate client workshops for problem‑solving, innovation and requirements gathering.
• Contribute to proposal development and internal capability building.

Required profile

• Proven experience within the aerospace and defence sector (essential).
• Background in consulting or industry delivering transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in at least one area such as supply chain, manufacturing, quality, programme delivery or digital engineering.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and own workstreams.
• Willingness to travel to UK client sites.

• Salary between £70,000 and £85,000 plus bonus.
