After Sales Assistant

About the role

Parkside Office Professional is looking for a proactive After‑Sales Assistant to join its growing team in Slough. You will be the primary point of contact for customers after product delivery, ensuring their satisfaction through timely technical support and service coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for customers post‑delivery, handling enquiries, complaints and service requests via phone and email.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical or software product issues, providing remote assistance and guidance on operation and maintenance.
• Liaise with the warehouse and internal teams to arrange spare parts and schedule service activities.
• Record service orders in the ERP system and produce performance reports, supporting root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in after‑sales, service engineering or technical support.
• Previous exposure to a customer‑facing technical environment, preferably with plumbing knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and understand relevant safety standards.
