Aftermarket Sales Representative – Scotland

About the role

The Aftermarket Sales Representative will drive growth of Crown’s aftermarket business across Scotland. Reporting to the Branch Sales Manager, the role balances new business development with account management to expand the company’s service and parts footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business (approximately 80% of activity) and manage existing accounts (20%) to increase sales of parts, batteries, accessories and service agreements.
• Achieve a minimum of eight orders per month across product ranges such as PTH batteries, ancillaries, rentals, training and service contracts.
• Follow up overdue chargeable service quotes, attend deliveries and installations to capture additional revenue opportunities.
• Identify leads for powered lift trucks and warehouse solutions and pass them to the appropriate Area Sales Manager.
• Respond to marketing leads within 48 hours, manage lead reporting, and contribute to regular sales reviews.
• Drive revenue growth of at least 10% per annum and ensure all rejected estimates are pursued.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to interpret statistical data, identify trends and present findings.
• GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths.
• Strong organisational, solution‑driven approach with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Positive, personable attitude and full UK driving licence.
