Aftersales Advisor – Bristol Dealership

About the role

The Aftersales Advisor will be the front‑line contact for customers visiting our Bristol dealership. You will help drive satisfaction by delivering expert advice on service, repairs and parts while representing a premium automotive brand.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and schedule service appointments.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs, maintenance and parts.
• Upsell appropriate aftersales services and accessories.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality work.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and service histories.

Required profile

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Passion for the automotive sector and a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer demands.
