Aftersales Advisor – Motorcycle Service

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Aftersales Advisor to join a busy motorcycle dealership in Petersfield. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from booking through to service completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service, MOT, repair and maintenance bookings.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and workshop technicians.
• Provide clear updates on vehicle progress and expected completion times.
• Identify and communicate any additional repair or service work.
• Upsell relevant service, maintenance and parts opportunities.
• Process parts enquiries and place orders where required.
• Maintain accurate job cards, records and system entries.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every touch‑point.
• Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure an efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Confident working in a dealership or automotive environment.
• Commercially aware and able to spot sales opportunities.
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting.
• Passion for motorcycles (desirable but not essential).
