Aftersales and Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an organised, customer‑focused Aftersales and Service Advisor to join a growing retail business in the specialist lifestyle sector. You will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the aftersales journey, ensuring smooth workshop operations and timely communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new and used vehicle warranty claims from initiation to completion.
• Book vehicles for servicing, warranty work and habitation tasks.
• Order parts for upcoming workshop jobs and verify their condition on arrival.
• Liaise with third‑party suppliers to coordinate repairs and transport.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and provide a welcoming service desk experience.
• Assist with workshop scheduling, time management and processing warranty claims using manufacturer systems.
• Follow up on outstanding warranty claims and customer bookings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, customer service or aftersales is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to prioritise a busy workload.
• Positive, team‑focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
