Aftersales Contact Advisor

About the role

Join a well‑established family‑run automotive retailer as an Aftersales Contact Advisor in Poole. You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing service bookings and ensuring a smooth journey from the phone call to the workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding servicing, MOTs and vehicle repairs.
• Book service appointments efficiently to maximise workshop utilisation.
• Contact customers to arrange upcoming maintenance and follow‑up appointments.
• Provide clear information on after‑sales products and services.
• Identify and promote service plans and value‑added solutions.
• Resolve enquiries and issues professionally, maintaining high customer‑care standards.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Workshop Controllers and Technicians.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal dealership systems.

Required profile

• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service, contact‑centre or automotive after‑sales setting is advantageous.

What we offer

• Salary up to £28,000 basic plus bonus, realistic OTE of £35,000.
• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
