Aftersales Contact Advisor – £31,000+ Package – Monday to Friday

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Aftersales Contact Advisor to join a busy contact centre in Hedge End. The role involves delivering first‑class service to customers booking vehicle services, MOTs and repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle services, MOTs and repairs in a high‑volume workshop.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and digital channels, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Identify additional service opportunities to maximise workshop utilisation.
• Promote service plans and loyalty products that benefit customers.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians and management to ensure smooth customer journeys.

Required profile

• Passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑17:00.
• Organised and able to manage multiple bookings.

Required skills

• Experience using phone and digital communication tools.
