Aftersales Executive – Customer Service Lead

About the role

LSH Auto is looking for an Aftersales Executive to be the primary point of contact between customers and our service teams. You will help ensure a smooth, efficient after‑sales experience that drives satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries about service appointments and after‑sales queries.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, optimizing workflow in the service department.
• Collaborate with service and parts teams to provide timely updates to customers.
• Gather customer feedback, resolve issues professionally, and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Promote after‑sales initiatives to increase customer engagement.
• Work towards achieving key performance indicators for after‑sales service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an after‑sales or customer‑service role within the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s licence.
