Agency Chef – Flexible Temp Work – Up to £22.36/hr

About the role

We are looking for experienced chefs to join our agency pool and work on flexible, short‑term assignments across Dorset. You will be placed in a variety of kitchens – from pubs and hotels to events and contract catering – with immediate starts and weekly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes to the standards of each venue.
• Adapt quickly to different kitchen layouts, equipment and team dynamics.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently under pressure while supporting front‑of‑house staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef.
• Current Food Hygiene and Allergen certificates.
• Professional, proactive attitude with strong time‑keeping.
• Two references confirming recent kitchen experience.

Required skills

• Food Hygiene certification.
• Allergen handling knowledge.
