Agentic AI Engineer – Remote 12-Month Contract

About the role

We are partnering with an innovative MedTech organisation that is pioneering AI‑driven healthcare solutions. They are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to join the team on a 12‑month contract, working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI systems using modern LLM frameworks.
• Develop and deploy generative AI solutions across production environments.
• Work with structured and unstructured data using Python and PySpark.
• Implement Claude Code or similar LLM‑based workflows for real‑time decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong experience with agentic AI architectures.
• Hands‑on expertise with large language models (e.g., Claude, OpenAI).
• Proven background in generative AI (GenAI).
• Advanced proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Experience with Claude Code or comparable LLM orchestration tools.
• Engineering mindset with experience deploying solutions into production.
• Desirable: experience in highly regulated financial services or MedTech/healthcare projects, and exposure to distributed data processing and large‑scale pipelines.
