Agentic Technical Lead

About the role

We are a specialist AI consultancy partnering with CEOs, executive teams and family offices to turn AI ambition into measurable commercial outcomes. As an Agentic Technical Lead you will work on‑site in London, guiding senior stakeholders through the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade, agentic AI solutions that drive cost reduction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development and deployment of advanced agentic AI systems across multiple consulting engagements.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures and technical road‑maps.
• Conduct technical discovery workshops with senior executives and define solution requirements.
• Oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring code quality, security and production readiness.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks and platforms best suited to client needs.
• Run proofs of concept and technical experiments to validate approaches.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience delivering AI projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Track record of shaping AI strategy and delivering measurable business value.
