Agile Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Agile Project Coordinator to join a fast‑growing software business that creates bespoke workflow and data‑tracking solutions for laboratories. The role is based onsite in Altrincham and offers the chance to work closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to keep software projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, tracking and delivery of software projects, including development work, upgrades and client implementations.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and blockers, escalating issues to maintain delivery timelines.
• Act as liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders and clients, translating updates into clear information.
• Support governance and continuous improvement by ensuring adherence to delivery processes.
• Allocate and distribute customer support tickets to appropriate teams, maintaining service efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO or similar delivery‑focused role in a technology or software environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain clear visibility across projects.
• Results‑driven, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring high‑quality completion.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
• Understanding of cloud‑based SaaS products and support workflows.
