Agricultural Harvest Operative

About the role
This temporary position supports a busy harvest period from mid‑July to early October (approximately 8‑10 weeks). You will work with a mobile seed‑processing unit, travelling across farms in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and calibrate seed‑processing machinery on multiple farms.
- Manage day‑to‑day workload and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Liaise with farm staff and customers to deliver first‑class service.
- Maintain health, safety and best‑practice standards throughout the harvest.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to work long, manual‑labour intensive days.
- Willingness to travel between farms across the listed counties.
- Strong attention to detail for calibration and record‑keeping.
