Agricultural OTC Sales Associate/VP – EMEA

About the role

Marex is seeking an experienced, proactive professional to lead and expand its OTC agricultural commodities sales across the EMEA region from its London office. The role combines autonomous client acquisition with collaborative work across trading, clearing and brokerage teams to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality sales coverage for OTC agricultural commodity clients across EMEA.
• Generate new revenue and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Work closely with Trading, Clearing, Listed Agricultural Brokers and other internal divisions to identify synergies and new business opportunities.
• Liaise with Credit, Compliance, Legal, On‑boarding, Operations, Risk and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to policies and smooth client onboarding.
• Build and manage a profitable client pipeline, delivering consistent revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven commercial acumen.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Experience in commodity sales or related financial services.
• Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics and regulatory environment.
