AI Architect / Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect / Solution Architect to lead large‑scale AI transformation programmes for an enterprise client. This 12‑month contract role blends strategic design with hands‑on delivery, focusing on Generative AI, cloud infrastructure and data science to turn business requirements into production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end AI and ML solutions across enterprise environments.
• Define architecture for Generative AI applications, including large language models, chatbots and intelligent automation.
• Prototype, validate and scale AI capabilities from proof‑of‑concept to production.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, governance and best‑practice guidance across AI work streams.
• Evaluate and select AI frameworks, tools and cloud services that meet enterprise requirements.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing data platforms and CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering AI solutions at enterprise scale in production environments.
• Strong background in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering and model fine‑tuning.
• Hands‑on experience with Hugging Face (model hub, Transformers, Inference API).
• Experience with AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition and Comprehend.
• Solid grounding in data science, model development, feature engineering and evaluation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead prototyping cycles and translate findings into scalable architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at senior and C‑suite level.
