AI Coder / Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET / React)

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer who builds AI‑assisted software for a fast‑growing event‑technology platform. The role is fully remote within the UK and offers high autonomy to design, develop, operate and continuously improve our .NET‑based services and React front‑ends.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end features using .NET, C# and ASP.NET.
• Develop modern React user interfaces and integrate them with back‑end APIs.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) to generate, review and optimise code.
• Own the full software lifecycle: build, deploy, monitor, and iterate.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a globally distributed team, setting direction and unblocking issues independently.
• Maintain high code quality, performance and security standards.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of professional experience building software with .NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET and the broader Microsoft stack.
• Solid full‑stack experience with modern JavaScript and React.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns and best engineering practices.
• Exceptional debugging skills and a track record of delivering autonomously in async or distributed environments.
• Hands‑on experience using AI coding tools to accelerate development.
