AI Coder / Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET / React) – Remote, UK

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer who embraces AI‑assisted development as the default way of building software. Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you will own the entire lifecycle of features—from architecture and implementation to operation and continuous improvement—while collaborating asynchronously with a globally distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET, C# and the wider Microsoft stack.
• Build responsive front‑end components with modern JavaScript and React.
• Guide AI‑generated code (Claude, ChatGPT) into production‑ready solutions and shape the surrounding architecture.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring high quality, performance, and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex bugs that others cannot fix.
• Collaborate asynchronously, set your own direction, and unblock yourself without micromanagement.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of professional experience building software with .NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
• Solid full‑stack experience with JavaScript and React.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in an async or distributed environment.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools and integrating them into the development workflow.
• Excellent debugging skills and a strong grasp of software architecture and design patterns.
